Level 4 Head Professionals Course
The Tennis Head Professional Award certifies coaches who demonstrate excellence in performance coaching, leadership, and programme management. It is designed for professionals who oversee coaching teams, player development systems, and the commercial operations of a tennis facility or academy. This award combines advanced on-court expertise with strategic, leadership, and business acumen, preparing candidates for senior coaching and management roles in tennis organisations worldwide. The course is made up of 4 modules and delivered as a total online learning programme enabling you to learn and train in your own time.
Entry Requirement
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Minimum of 3 years full-time or 5 years part-time coaching experience
- Hold a recognized advanced certification (e.g. ICA Professional, RPT National Pro, ITF Level 2, LTA Level 3+, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to lead programmes and mentor other coaches.
- Endorsement from a recognised tennis organization/club or senior coach
